The performance went quite well today! It definitely caused a lot of discussions. First of all about the idea of you as a researcher being at such a meeting. Some people thought one should not want this, while others believed that this was really important if one was interesting in certain topics. This already shows that your relationship with your different roles influences your research. Moreover, it was clear that people held different views about the degree to which they think intervention is a problem: some argue that it impacts the actions that take place and therefore makes the results invalid, while others see intervention as not too big of a problem. One student also expressed literally that he believed it was hard to combine different roles and keep a neutral attitude towards the things that happened: “We are a split personality”.
